Offra is an AI-assisted SaaS platform that helps construction companies organize bid responses, identify requirements, and build a review-ready completion checklist. Offra is an assistance tool and does not provide legal advice. Offra does not guarantee completeness, legal compliance, tender acceptance, or award outcomes. Your team remains responsible for reviewing, validating, and submitting your bids. The service is provided as-is.
All rights relating to the Offra platform, including source code, algorithms and design, belong to Offra Inc. Your documents remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Offra shall not be liable for lost contracts, bid errors, or other indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, including AI-generated analyses or checklists. Offra's total liability is limited to amounts you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
